2. Return Period
- You have 2 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishables (food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Hygiene goods (where applicable) if unsealed
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at bavasdw2.business@gmail.com or through the customer service section on our website within the return period.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (with photos if applicable).
- Once we receive your request, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. Return Shipping
- You (the customer) are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
6. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
- If you paid by UPI, net banking, or card, time taken may vary depending on your bank/financial institution.
7. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at [bavasdw2.business@gmail.com] and follow the same steps as returns.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Defective or Damaged Items
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with details and photos.
- We will either provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
10. Cancellations
- You may request cancellation of your order before it is shipped.
- Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You can, however, initiate a return once you receive it.
- Cancellation requests should be made via email or through customer support.
11. Refund Method
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
- If you paid with cash on delivery (COD), we may offer a bank transfer, store credit, or send a cheque (if cheque is acceptable in your business).
- Please allow extra time for refunds during holidays or bank closures.
