1. Introduction
We at Bavasd2W are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Return Period

  • You have 2 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishables (food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Hygiene goods (where applicable) if unsealed

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at bavasdw2.business@gmail.com or through the customer service section on our website within the return period.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (with photos if applicable).
  • Once we receive your request, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Return Shipping

  • You (the customer) are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
  • If you paid by UPI, net banking, or card, time taken may vary depending on your bank/financial institution.

7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at [bavasdw2.business@gmail.com] and follow the same steps as returns.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [bavasdw2.business@gmail.com].

9. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with details and photos.
  • We will either provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and availability of stock.

10. Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation of your order before it is shipped.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You can, however, initiate a return once you receive it.
  • Cancellation requests should be made via email or through customer support.

11. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If you paid with cash on delivery (COD), we may offer a bank transfer, store credit, or send a cheque (if cheque is acceptable in your business).
  • Please allow extra time for refunds during holidays or bank closures.

12. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this return & refund policy at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will take effect immediately for new purchases.
