Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bavasd2W. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. General

  • Shipment Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification, except on weekends and public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, an email/SMS will be sent to confirm your order and payment.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address, including postal code, phone number, and state, are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Delivery Time: Depending on the location, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. Remote or less accessible areas may take longer.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping for orders above ₹X (you can define a minimum order value, e.g. ₹999)
    • For orders below that minimum, a flat rate of ₹Y (e.g. ₹50-₹150) or variable rate based on weight/distance.
  • Shipping Partners: We may use reputed courier services such as India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, FedEx, etc.

3. Pre-orders / Backorders

  • Some items may be marked as pre-order or backorder. These will have longer processing times; we will clearly mention the expected dispatch date on the product page.
  • We will notify you if there are any delays beyond the expected date.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India. (If you plan to ship internationally, add details here.)
  • Some remote locations / tribal areas may incur extra shipping time or charges.

5. Damages, Loss & Refunds

  • Damaged in transit: Check your order upon receipt. If you receive any damaged goods, please take a picture of the packaging and the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
  • Lost shipments: Once the package is picked up by the courier, transit is out of our control. However, we will assist in tracking and claims. If the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • Missing items in shipment: If parts of your order are missing, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with proof of missing items. We will investigate and resolve.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 2days of delivery for defective / damaged / incorrect items.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless it’s our error (wrong/defective item).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags, etc.
